Our philosophy is to ensure the full satisfaction of all our customers, even in the case of returns. For this reason, if within 14 working days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request a return and get a refund of the purchase price (Ref. to the current legislation on the right of withdrawal in favor of consumers: art.52 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. This means that the products must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with the inner and outer labels still attached, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase document). It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. Under the above terms, you can return an item to a post office/collection point by requesting the label from your account on our website. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Suèi reserves the right to refuse a return if you have exceeded the time limit, if the items are not in the same condition as they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. Suèi may withhold your refund until we have received the merchandise or until you have provided proof of return.
If you wish to return items from more than one order, it is essential to request pickup for each one and based on the number of boxes you wish to return. Suèi is not responsible for the return of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with a pickup request for a different order.
In choosing a delivery method not covered by our return conditions, we believe that it is your responsibility and that, in case of loss, you will have to bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you have been approved, refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process your order in up to 7 business days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Department, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace them with the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address listed in the reply email.
To return the product you must ship it via any tachable shipping service. If you choose shipping without a “tracing” option – we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
